they use the word ‘continuously’ and qantas never stopped flying during the war, so it beats KLM

For the first thing you said, didn’t KLM stop during WW2 for a while, but later came back? Qantas was continuous

Qantas service was suck!!! i flew them twice from SIN-LHR-SIN and one of the FA spilled milk on me and did not even gave me tissue.

not to mention in 2007 when Tiger Airways Australia was willingly to pay Qantas to handle their ground service in Alice Spring apt they rejected it cos TA is their competitors, without realising that TA’s parent company which is Singapore Air handling all Qantas and JetStar ground service in SIngapore (their most important hub outside OZ). I find it disgusting.

Continuously… So your point is not valid.

Qantas have never lost a jet aircraft.

    Dear All,

I have some questions about psychology:

    (1) Why do we feel that meals on aeroplanes are so interesting and special?

    (2) What is the fun and enjoyment to dinning at 42000 feets high?

    (3) How does a tasteful meal on aeroplane make us feel good for flying?

    (4) What is your most enjoyable food/drink on the aeroplane?

    (5) What kinds of nice memory does the taste recall/inspire you?

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative ideas and brainstorm!!! :)

Myth: Qantas is the oldest airline.
Fact: Its the 2nd oldest airline, after KLM.

Myth: Qantas has never had a crash fatality
Fact: They have had multiple fatalities. most due to war incidences. However 17 lives were lost during the immediate post war era.

    but it is true,
Qantas is the world has run continuenly for over 87 because although BA was made 1 year b4 Qantas they never operated during the war so that takes 5 years off BA and Qantas wins.

“One of the most experience airline” is something i would agree with, not “The worlds Most experience airline”.

You gain experience from going through such events. Thus, they ARE one of the most experienced airlines.

I am Chinese, but never heard about such thing on those medias in China. I only heard about British Airways. Have a look at those shitty airlines in China operated by Chinese themselves. How would they be able to buy QANTAS?

The Aussie govt will always remain the owner of 51% of Qantas. Otherwise they’ll look like arses for letting so many jobs get outsourced.

The worlds most Experienced Airline is just a campaign slogan, it is not a standard in which Qantas lives by.
