Pres. Obama: We did not connect the dots on the attempted bombing Today Pres. Obama said that the US government did not connect the dots to uncover the attempted airline bombing plot. Counterterrorism adviser John Brennan and Homeland Security Sec. Janet Napolitano will shortly brief the press on the report.
