By taking a DMV test and them giving you a license, you are contracting with them to obey their RULES not Laws. So technically, if you get into a wreck and you have a drivers license, the DMV is responsible Legally because they gave you-permission-in-the-form-of-a-license-to-drive. BUT if they can prove you broke one of their rules you agreed to, then YOU are responsible. Simply refuse to contract. This Is IT
