I came back to Europe from DTW. The plane was clean and shiny new, the cabin crew was professional, the meal was delicious… I love KLM. Anytime again… Happy Birthday KLM!

ik was vorig jaar met KLM gevlogen vanuit Hong Kong naar Amsterdam en ik vond ze héél erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. en de vliegtuigen waren nieuwe boeing 777. ik wil wel vaker met KLM gaan vliegen. Air New Zealand is pas shit!

KLM is crap. Flew with them to China… which was crap! Their staff are fuckin lousy! Service is a joke and they have an old fleet! Best european carriers are Lufthansa and BA. The rest has no or little service! Best i ever flew was BA/SAA to Cape Town. Service was topnotch and Malaysia to Australia. Fucking excellent compared to KLM! And i am dutch and my grandfather was a KLM captain. So don’t come bitching that i’m some hate talker. I take pride in having the oldest airline in the world!

Wow dat is wel helemaal de spijker op z’n kop Voor mij is de reis een ervaring/vakantie op zich, en met KLM is dat tot nu toe een hele goede geweest; Op 1x te weinig beenruimte na.. Geen kansloze ‘toeslag-op-alles taferelen’ zoals de prijsvechters onderaan de ladder; gewoon goed.
