They used to put a very large radar emitter behind the pilot in this and the Foxbat. That used to sterilize the pilots! I trust they fixed that problem.

actually the russians maked an exersice when migs 25 take off from diferent spots leaving the sr-71 without any oportunity …
not really mig 31 could never intercep the blackbird and the mach 3 is only a dash speed not sustainable for long or the engines will burn out but it still is ana amazing aircraft, i’d have this over the blacbird any day

its a fucking MIG-31 foxhound xD xD xD maybe the best interceptor, capable of mach 3 speeds it was designed to intercept the SR-71 blackbird and was the primary reason why the USS retired the blackbird
