look joe i havent lived on the westside in years i live in rogers park on the northside now. there are still some italians in cicero & berwyn. as far as elmwood park i never been there before.

How could you be from the West side and not know that Elmwood Park is Italian ? Its The italian Mecca in the western Burbs, Harelm ave from North ave to Irving Park is moslty all Italian owned. Some Polish mixed in too and Irish I guess. Elmwood park, River Forest ,Melrose Park and River Grove is where most of the city Italians went too. Not too many Left in Cicero at all, used to be, but not anymore. Same thing with bellwood, used to be lots in the 70′s. Now its unlivable basically.
