Though I was one of the best students in my school in high school, this was not of any impact on my college life. I often feel left behind to be compared to my classmates. But I feel that I have been and am trying hard. I’m currently enrolled in the psychology department. This should be my favourite major, because at High school, human psychology is one of the subjects that I like, and I have decided to choose it as one of the majors that I am going to enter wherever I decide to go. However, what I dreamed is far different from the reality. While I should be happy for having succeeded in entering college destination that I liked, my joy only lasted for about one year. This is due to the rapid pace of city life and it is far different from my current life in the country. It’s hard for me to adjust and adapt to.
But if you think I’m going to give up, then you are completely wrong. I will still try to catch up with my study and try to improve my ability to understand the material in lectures given by my psychology professor.
