They go through all the training, get paid the big bucks, boast constantly about their jobs then throw it all away because they think they know better then their training and rules. So many have died through needless error. You can&#039;t trust anyone to do their job?</description>

		<description>I think that they should have one pilot with enough experience to flight the 737 noting that it was said both pilots had less then 3 yrs with the aircraft. It may not be always possible but they should try to have at least one pilot that is more experience then the other on all flights.</description>

		<description>Isn&#039;t JFK Jr. a classic case of inexperience and failure to obtain proper weather briefing? I am a meteorologist not a pilot so I know what he flew into but not how he reacted. A pilot friend of mine told me he likely was using his eyes not his instruments. Is this a danger with most young pilots with limited IFR experience?</description>

All I cared at that time was that there was over 50 m visib, (in LA).  Of course I was 18 and still &quot;invincible&quot; at that time.  That was the shortest flight I ever did, once around the pattern.

So it is experience, experience, experience..</description>
