i think you’re right in both aspects…I DO think they train you right (you really gotta be in the right area and know the right people) but, you’re also right about recruiting too….hence the people I KNOW that made it big did so, personally…but, i also know people it didn’t work for just coz it’s hard if u can’t or don’t put effort into it….
