Here is part three in our video series from the 2009 Miramar Air Show RC Aircraft Flight Demo. This video shows the afternoon RC flight Demonstration right after the Blue Angels completed their show. Blown Apart Part 1 – Air Crash Investigation/Mayday In September 1989, a Partnair Convair 580 plunged into the sea just off the coast of Denmark killing all 55 people on board. Due to the use of non-genuine spare parts, the bolts joining the tail section to the fuselage failed in flight leading to a catastrophic structural failure.
