My New Zealand flatmates ate Marmite all the time, and forced me to try it on a few occasions. I think Aussies and kiwis secretly detest it, but pretend to like it just to watch tourists attempt to eat it.

Hahaha. I just got back from 2 months in Australia a few weeks ago and definitely agree! Ask around while you guys are in Oz and see how many different recipes there are with Vegemite. My friends parents swear by drinking hot water/vegemite when you’re sick to help you get better… Crazies…

You’re definitely not busy traveling the world being awesome, but rather like the young, dumb Americans that you are, giving the rest of us a bad name when we step foot off country. How about you dig deeper. How about you give us something we dont know. How about you own up and carry a sense of purpose in your travel. A sense of pride. Humility. You have limitless opportunity to be inquisitive along this path, to ask deeper questions, and be remembered for them. Its a shame youre wasting it.

    a shame.
