Look….when they take OUR money to pay themselves huge bonuses with….and never pay us back in any way …you know… that is just WRONG. If that is your reality, a big change is needed. We don’t want to run the Airline….just get compensated fairly …In good faith….we gave up allot….and the Company spits in our faces. YES WE WILL FIGHT

  2. 737823 says:

Yes, but look at the state of the economy and the state of AMR. AA FAs are competitively paid, and are given one of the most generous benefits packages. Stop attacking the management, they know how to run the airline better than the flight attendants. Bonuses for executives are a reality in corporate America.

Don’t you think it’s the “Management” who is on the “Ego Trip”…we are sorry you had a bad flight , but moral is very low now and it is very hard to kiss your ass when management is kicking ours. Just try to think about what that feels like.

What are you talking about….we took over a 30% pay cut, vacation cut, work rules cut,…did you even watch this video?

  5. 737823 says:

The highest paid in the industry and they want more. Talk about greed. If they really are members of the “Associations Professional Flight Attendants” they ought to the professional and not wear their Got Union/Got Guts pins

Thank you “The Franglais…..we feel the love.
American Airlines Lied to the Flight Attendants when they said …(Pull together-Win together)…we thought we were helping them stay out of bankruptcy. We thought they would take care of us once there profits got better….”They Lied”

Whilst it is true that one bad apple spoils the bushel, I don’t think AA Flight Attendants are on “ego trips”. Due to their current circumstance, morale is, as to be expected, at an all time low. Based on what they’ve had to endure, who can blame them. Being a flight attendant is a very hard job, both physically and mentally. As professional as you may be, it gets to a point where you just don’t care any more… Cut them some slack, they’ve lost a lot and deal with a lot!

Some American Airlines flight attendants just need to treat passengers with more respect and get off their ego trips. It’s the reason I stopped flying American all together. One bad apple DOES spoil the whole bushel.

I cannot believe how American is treating its front-line staff!! What is more uncomprehensive is how they managed to get it past the unions. This is exploitation! I’m based in Europe, and I know of only one airline who proposed a pay-cut. This was, however, completely voluntary. Some tried to re-structure contracts, but were immediately thrown out by the Unions. How can this be happening in the US???

ALL AMERICAN EMPLOYEES – STAND TOGETHER, BE FIRM AND FIGHT FOR WHATS YOURS!

The time to pay the Flight Attendants BACK for the Pay they gave up is NOW

Didn’t Bob Crandall cut an Olive out of the salad to save $40K?

  13. zoboot says:

It’s time for Flight Attendants to be rewarded for all they do, and for all they gave up…I wonder if the new President…”OBAMA”….will feel what they have been through.

Unfortunately, because AA management thrives on retaliation, everyone one of you will now get onto someone’s shit list and a which hunt will begin. They will stop at nothing to make your life hell. I speak from experience.

    Well Spoken, I totaly agree.
