The plane was to descend to 100 ft. altitude with landing gear and flaps extended. The automatic go-around protection was inhibited for the maneuver. During the maneuver, the plane descended thru 100 ft. to an altitude of 30 feet and hit trees at the end of the runway. The aircraft was totally destroyed by the successive impacts and violent fire which followed. The pilot allowed the aircraft to descend through 100 ft. at slow speed and maximum angle of attack and was late in applying go-around power. 1. this is not unmanned its is Fly By Wire Plane which prevents the pilot from doing dangerous stuff
2. the pilot turned off a lot of the system to do something called ALPHA MAX which is when you put the nose at its highest point without stalling while flying at the slowest speed
3. the alpha max went wrong and the plane descended to 30 ft instead of 100 ft and crashed

If the plane had allowed the pilot to pull up the nose, it most probably would have stalled and crashed right into the ground killing everyone on board, not just three. The pilot just left the engines in idle far too long. The 320 is for sure not a poorly engineered aircraft.
