dude Air France is literaly and statistically the best airline around they have the most record safe flying and there cabins are much more comfortable then british airways there food it top of the line also there service is unbielievably nice honestly there are truly the best also the french women on there is very beautiful AND TO YOU 1slaggy THEY ACTUALLY DO MAINTAIN THERE PLANES UNLIKE BRITISH AIRWAYS SO SHUT THE FUCK UP if u ever have flown air france you know what i am tlaking about!

it my personal experience, Air France service has been absolutely disgraceful. They broke my dad’s wheelchair in obvious carelessness while loading it with the luggage, despite clear instructions that it must be treated carefully. This was preamble for months of disputes over blame, upon the threat of lawyers, they backed down, showing they were always to blame.
BA have always been clinical, if not exceptional. Virgin Atlantic on the other hand, are a pleasure to fly with.

Regarding business travelers It doesn’t seem logical that Concord Service Passengers will want to waste valuable time (1hr flight, checking time and layovers, possibly the same 3:45hr CDG/JFK )to fly BA. I never flew it on business, only pleasure, most of the people on board were affluent europeans, show business, music & fashion industry, some french business & politics quite a different clientele than the usual BA ultra stuffy crowd!
It’s up to everyone’s opinion, and everyone tended to lean toweards BA. Several French businessmen hoped to Heathrow in the morning to get BA’s service rather than AF’s – they found BA to be better.
This is the general consensus – your opinion is valid however.

BA’s service was generally considered better. With that said, BA was a bit more expensive.
