There are less episodes because Russia doesnt let out much information and definatly wouldnt allow a show to be made about their planes. Plus we have more flights, grow a brain. Russian and American pilots cannot be compared. And whens the last time a Russian pilot landed a plane with no gear, a plane with the gear down and stuck or landed a plane in the Hudson? Call me when they are that good
@00Billy Not from what i’ve seen. The Western world and European countries PIONEERED aviation and safe air travel. Why else do you think the world goes by it? The FAA and a couple other contributing factors is what made aviation so safe to this day. Half the accidents were caused by pilot error.
@qilinmelb agreed. Boeing and Airbus are the only ways to go. Airbus is entirely digital same with some Boeing planes. No gauges get stuck on a Boeing or airbus since most of them are entirely glass cockpit display.
they hit a hot pocket..
@tubester4567 yep
now got it the mistake from the fucking kazhakistan pilots. and the broch officer was innocent…
@pete5668
lITSEN pETE FUCK YOU
Approx. 7:00: Indians complaining about “fly by night” operators and not being able to speak english clearly???? Come on! No altimeter info, transponder info, and computer conflict warning in Indian ATC system was a contributing factor.
it definately was the kazakstan’s pilot’s fault,i also heard on the news that poor communication between both planes and the control tower. Also delhi airport got grilled and fined and were told to update their software.
There are way more episodes about USA pilots than Russian. Russian pilots are some pretty good pilots.
in this case, nothing wrong with the plane and mechanical issue, is an unlucky event and one in a million chances cause by outdated instrument and miss communication…. may they rest in peace and their huge pay off benefit others in terms of safety improvement and technology advancement…. this is also how we learn a lesson….
‘Human Error’ strikes again….!
i dont understand ?? even if the kazak radio operator thought his plane was flying at 16,000 ft, why did the pilots descend! werent they told to stay at 15,000 anyway??!
Because: for one plane to pass another safely, one has to go over and the other under. In this case, they clearly made the wrong choice!
why did he try to gain altitude?
its alot easier to loose altitude and clear a passing aircraft then try and pull up over it
thats is… hem…. in any english its clear to say between 150 and 140 but since they can’t understand each other the bad thing happen
ow well…. they need to take extra hour in english course rather then in flight hour
damn Air Kazakhstan lol couldnt even understand simple rules. how can they confuse this!
borat was flying the kazakh plane
but they had no idea where it was. for all they know, they could hit it if they decend.
Although this episode is fantastic, I rated this video as 1 star simply because it is stretched in one dimension (vertically, in this case).
That is a ridiculous problem, and there is absolutely no excuse for it.
My new policy is that with any YouTube videos I find, if they are stretched in one dimension, I will rate them as 1 star regardless of how good they otherwise are.
It looks awful when a video is stretched. It completely destroys the immersion of the video, among other things.
I was aboard russian made aircrafts a few times. Horrible things. About a century behind Boeings or Airbuses.
As for their pilots training… also horrible.
I would not recommend to fly these birds even if a ticket price will be 1$ to any destination in business class.
Since 1997, all Chinese airlines have been almost fully equipped with brand new Boeings and Airbuses. There are seldom accidents.
I will never take any crafts in old Soviet model, not even other models rather than Airbus or Boeing.
In China, before 1991, we used Soviet Military aircraft for commercial purposes often and several fatal accidents happened. Since 1992, we reconstructed our airlines and bought Boeing jets, accidents still happened, but very few fatal ones.
If Kazakstan used new aircrafts, rather than old Soviet Military aircfrafts, only 2 pilots are required. There would be no misunderstanding between radio operator and pilots.
lol, sorry, tired, yea, I stand by my first comment.
