This was the introduction to terrorist plane attacks. I remember as an 8 or 9 year old terrorists hijacking planes like they did with TWA in the early 1980s, but this was all new.
i am so sad for every one who died and lost the people they love the most
I was 14 when this catastrophe happened and remember seeing it on the news. I feel for all those who died ( the plane passengers and some Lockerbie residents ) and the relatives who had to take the tragic news that their loved ones were gone forever.
The old lady with her cat at 9:57 almost made me cry. She may have had nothing left after that crash. Just a horrible, horrible crime.
