Also on the METAR the temperature would not be reported in fahrenheit but in celsius so 38 degrees C

  8. Thexderx says:

Regardless of mathematics, there is no such term in aviation as heading 620. END OF STORY.

Just like there is no such thing as 28 o’clock is terms of time.

  9. denelson83 says:

Ever heard of modular arithmetic? Subtract 360 from 620 and you get 260.

  10. Thexderx says:

No it’s not essentially the same. There is no such thing as 620…there are only 360 degrees on a compass FULL STOP!

It’s like saying the time is 47 o’ clock.

  11. denelson83 says:

He really meant 260. It’s essentially the same as “620″.

  12. antimatterXXXIII says:

DFW is big, but it’s not “the size of Manhattan”. A rare factual error for this excellent series.

  16. 1andonlyCobra says:

@ameya379 It mightve been at the time size-wise. By passenger count, maybe #2 behind Chicago Ohare. Remember at that time, both Delta & American had hubs there.

  17. airplanebuilderman says:

  18. animation508 says:

  20. airplanebuilderman says:

Smoking was stopped in like the late 1980′s. I think it was like 1989 when it stopped.

  21. Rawrzellers says:

  24. Thexderx says:

4:45 ” Turn right heading 620″ WTF? There is no such thing as heading 620…there are only 360 degrees on a compass.. LOL

  25. luckydog400 says:
