On December 19, 2005, Chalk’s Ocean Airways Flight 101 from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States to Bimini, Bahamas, with an unscheduled stop at Watson Island, Miami, Florida [1], crashed off Miami Beach, Florida. Witnesses saw white smoke billowing from the plane, before an explosion ripped off the right wing and the plane plunged into the ocean.

That would be the episode about the 737 rudder problems called “Hidden Danger”. Always amazes me how they are able to piece together the clues to eventually solve most of these cases. This episode in particular.
Does anybody know what the episodes called where an airoplane is flying normally and then suddenly turns right and spirals towards the ground. I remember that happened to 3 aircraft but the third one got out of the spiral. If you can name it i would b very happy
