   Exactly – the B737 also had lots of issues even when small amounts of snow and ice were on the wings (pitch and roll tendency). Sadly, none of the lessons of Air Florida (Jan. 1982) seem to have been learned. Yes, I am aware of the pilot error factor there, but there were so many good recommendations that could have prevented the Air Ontario crash and US Air crash too.

   i reamber this as i was on my way to souilookout to go and c my dr, and all i could say all the way there and back was mommy plane both ways it wasn’t untill we got home we had head what happend the crazy things ppl reamber eh i thinks its freakey but trust your guts its just that right i had a felling somethign bad would happen when i was young and it did

   Yepp, corporate greed combined with the incompetence of the damn FAA. I wonder how many accidents in the US that has been caused by the FAA´s incompetence to act quick when they knew there is a problem but instead just ignore it until a accident happens and people die and then come up with some lame recommendations a couple of years later. FAA, the biggest joke in american aviation history.
