@Rawrzellers Because it’s a tiny island. They would build it in the best place possible, but when your range of choice is all rubbish, not to mention usually made for a generation of smaller, lighter aircraft, some airports can be a pain in the rear to navagate. It’s either that, or nothing. The airlines choose to fly to akward airports, they could just as easily refuse.

There’s a difference between “adding a foreign accent to give the impression that the person is from another country” and “insinuating that the people don’t speak English”
